Available sizes & thicknesses

White Wood Marble ships as raw and polished slabs, standard-format tiles, and cut-to-size pieces for cladding and fabrication work. Typical dimensions include:

  • Slabs: 16mm, 18mm, 20mm and 30mm thickness; standard gang-saw lengths up to 2.6m
  • Tiles: 300×300mm, 400×400mm, 600×600mm, and mosaic formats
  • Cladding panels: veneer and ledgestone formats for interior and exterior walls
  • Custom sizes: cut to project drawings for stairs, countertops, vanity tops and feature walls

Surface finishes

We supply White Wood Marble in the following finishes, selected to suit the application:

  • Polished — high gloss, brings out the depth of the wood-grain veining; most common for flooring and countertops
  • Honed — matte, low-sheen surface; preferred for high-traffic flooring and bathrooms
  • Brushed — textured, antiqued look; common for wall cladding and feature pieces
  • Sawn cut — natural, unfinished surface for exterior or rustic applications

Where it's used

White Wood Marble's neutral, linear grain pattern coordinates easily with wood, metal, glass and concrete finishes, which is why it appears across a wide range of project types:

  • Hotel and commercial lobby flooring and feature walls
  • Residential kitchen countertops and island tops
  • Bathroom vanity tops, shower walls and floor tiling
  • Staircases and custom architectural details
  • Interior and exterior wall cladding for facades

Packaging & export

Slabs and tiles are packed in seaworthy wooden crates with corner protection and moisture-resistant wrapping, suitable for long-distance ocean freight. We quote FOB, CFR and CIF pricing on request and can arrange shipment to major ports in North America, Australia and Europe. Full test data — absorption, density, abrasion resistance and flexural/compressive strength — is available as a PDF lab report on request.

Frequently asked questions

Is White Wood Marble a natural stone, and is it really marble?

White Wood Marble is a 100% natural stone, quarried as solid blocks from our own quarry in Guizhou, China. Geologically, it is a fine-grained limestone — but like many stones sold internationally under a "marble" trade name, it is graded and marketed as marble following long-established stone industry convention. It is not a composite, engineered stone or printed material; the wood-grain pattern is naturally occurring in the stone itself.

Is White Wood Marble suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Guizhou is a karst region with extensive limestone formations and cave systems, and White Wood Marble is quarried from this limestone bedrock. It resists UV fading and holds up well outdoors — locally in Guizhou it has long been used as building stone and curbstone, and some stone bridges built from it are still standing after a century of use. This makes it a reliable choice for both interior and exterior applications.

What's the difference between vein cut and cross cut, and can you handle complex fabrication?

White Wood Marble is available in two cuts from the same block — vein cut, sliced parallel to the grain for long straight lines, and cross cut, sliced across the grain for a softer, cloud-like pattern. Standard slabs, tiles and CNC-cut pieces are produced in-house at our own factories in Guizhou. For irregular shapes, curved pieces or engineering-grade projects that need finer craftsmanship, semi-finished pieces are shipped to our own factory in Shuitou, Fujian — a stone-processing town with over a century of fabrication history — for deeper, more precise finishing.

Do you supply custom sizes and shapes?

Yes. Our fabrication lines cut to project drawings for staircases, countertops, vanity tops, and bespoke architectural pieces. Send us your CAD file or dimensions for a custom quote.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

All products ship from our factories in Guizhou, China, typically via the ports of Shanghai or Guangzhou. Lead times vary by product — see the quick reference table above — plus ocean freight transit time to your destination port.

How does Guizhou White Wood Marble compare to Italian wood-grain marble?

Many "wood-grain" marbles on the market, including well-known Italian varieties, are true metamorphic marbles composed mainly of calcite — a mineral that is more prone to etching, staining and oxidation over time, and generally less suited to exterior use. White Wood Marble is a fine-grained limestone quarried in a karst region of Guizhou, which gives it strong UV resistance and long-term outdoor durability; locally, it has been used for generations as building stone, curbstone and even in stone bridges still standing after a century. This makes it a more climate-adaptable, lower-maintenance option for projects that need to perform both indoors and outdoors.
